These compression shorts help keep your cup in place without an uncomfortable jock strap. You are wearing shorts with built in protection and you won’t even realize it. This is perfect for martial arts, Taekwondo, MMA, and any other sport.

When you are not using the shorts you can remove the cup and wash the shorts. The fabric itself has reinforced seams and made of a material that is moisture wicking and very breathable. The cup is vented and contoured for comfort.
