Adidas Martial Arts shoes are the premier martial arts shoes on the market. They are low cut and made of a thin ultra-light leather construction. The light weight makes them ideal for all martial arts especially Taekwondo. They are perfect for working out on mats, rugs, and hardwood floors. The sole is made of thin rubber that provides great traction and features a pivot circle to allow for quick movements. The thin design allows for a greater amount of flexibility and control. There is one lace that is threaded around ankle and ties in front like a normal shoe.

Shoes should fit snug and can be worn with or without socks. Women should order 1 full size smaller. Shoes are suggested to be used indoors only. Sizing begins at 4 and goes up to 13.
